From technical 3D drawing to the printing of 3D parts: with us you will find everything under one roof. Thanks to this targeted and practical approach, we are able to build machines in-house that perform repetitive operations on your shop floor even more efficiently and cost-effectively.
Inventory
You are curious whether the process at your workplace can be improved and made more efficient. Perhaps you already have an idea, but you do not know whether it is technically feasible. Mechatronic Machinery is happy to think along with you. On the basis of a personal interview or visit to your location, we make an inventory of the possibilities. During this phase we agree on the continuation of our cooperation.
Proposal
After the introduction and inventory, we forge a concrete plan of action. With this we go to the drawing board, where we make an idea sketch that is easy to realize. This sketch, which expressly takes into account your goals and wishes, will be returned to you, including a quotation and a cost estimate, within a reasonable period of time.
Engineering
What began as an exploratory conversation and the creation of a sketch slowly but surely transforms into a tangible solution. During this phase, we transform the rough sketch into a technical drawing (3D-CAD). We do this in-house, because we also have this knowledge. We logically take into account the use of materials that are desirable in your industry, with all applicable requirements and preconditions they must meet. Electrical and software engineering can also be performed by us.
Realization
Manufacturing the discussed solution. We provide a piece of automation through machine building or a modification to your existing production line. We use our knowledge of control methods – pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, electrical or PLC – to determine which application is right for you, and use our hands-on approach to achieve the pre-conceived process optimization.
Implementation
We ensure that implementation on the shop floor is flawless and streamlined, ensuring minimal downtime. Where necessary, we explain the renewed process to the employees involved. After delivery, you can always fall back on us in case of calamities or technical maintenance of the improvement we implemented. If desired, an evaluation of the cooperation will follow. .
